The service helps you search for and organize multi-city flight options and may present fare or itinerary results based on available data and search/booking information.

Flight fares, schedules, availability, and itinerary options are subject to change and may differ from what you see at any time due to updates from data sources, airline systems, search parameters, seat inventory, and other conditions.

You acknowledge that fare/itinerary results depend on data available to the service at the time of search and may change before and after you proceed to booking.

3. Booking and Third Parties

If you proceed to booking, you may be directed to airlines, travel agencies, or other third-party booking providers. Their terms, policies, and conditions apply to your purchase.

We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, including changes in fares, availability, schedules, service levels, or refund/chargeback processing.

4. Online Contracting and Consumer Information (Ukraine)

Where applicable, distance/online contracting is subject to the requirements of Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», including providing consumers clear pre-contract and contract-confirmation information, provider identification, and terms enabling exercise of consumer rights.

Where our flight search/itinerary booking is conducted as distance e-commerce, the relevant information and contracting rules for online buyers apply under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію».

Any contract-related information shown during the booking flow (including provider details and terms) is intended to support your informed decision and your ability to exercise rights.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or overload the service.
• You will not misuse the service, including through automated scraping or other abusive activity, unless expressly permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided for access.

6. User Responsibilities and Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during searches and bookings. You must follow the booking steps and confirm details as required by third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thornaly.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of flight information at all times, and we are not liable for changes made by airlines, system providers, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Promotional Claims and Marketing

If the service includes promotional messages, fare/price comparisons, or “savings” statements, they will not be misleading and will be presented in accordance with Закон України «Про рекламу».

9. Language and Mandatory Consumer Information (Ukraine)

Service information provided to consumers will comply with Ukrainian state-language requirements, including the mandatory scope of consumer information under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної».

10. Personal Data and Privacy

Where the service processes personal data (including contact/lead forms or other interactions), such processing must have a lawful basis and be accompanied by appropriate privacy disclosure and user rights handling under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply when they are published. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
